Shipping and Returns

Overview

All Mudd. Concrete products are made-to-order and manufactured in our facility in Ontario, Canada. We generally do not carry in-stock items, however a select number of products in limited colourways may be available in our Shop by selecting the Ready To Ship option. Please inquire via [email protected] if you have questions regarding product availability.

Production Lead Time

From placing the order to the time of shipment, production lead time is between 3 – 4 weeks. If production will take longer for your order, we will notify you as soon as possible with a more accurate lead time.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days after you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in like-new condition and show no signs of use or damage. It must be returned in the original packaging – please pack with care to prevent any damage during shipping.

Sample orders and Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. 

To initiate your return or exchange please email us and provide your order number and receipt / proof of purchase. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for your return or exchange request to be processed. If your request is approved, a return shipping label will be provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 – 5 business days. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. 

The total refund amount will be the original order amount, less a 25% stocking fee, less special fees (e.g rush order), less any original shipping cost and less the fee of return shipping.

Exchange items are made-to-order and will generally take the same production lead time of 3 – 4 weeks.

We will endeavour to accommodate changes, but this cannot be guaranteed as it is unfortunately impossible to cancel or change an order once production has started. We reserve the right to reject such requests at our sole discretion, see Terms of Service.

Shipping Fees & Carriers

All orders shipped within Canada and to the contiguous USA (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories) qualify for free shipping.

All orders shipped to US addresses are international shipments and are subject to duties and taxes by the State to which they are being shipped. The applicable taxes and/or fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery, typically through the freight company.

For all other international orders, please Request a Quote at checkout and we will endeavour to find the best shipping rates for your destination. You will receive an email within 1-3 business days with a link to view the added shipping fee for your order at checkout. International orders are subject to duties and taxes by the country to which they are being shipped. The sales taxes (VAT) and/or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery, typically through the freight company or your customs broker.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email. Your items will be shipped on business days according to the ground service of the freight company used for your shipping destination (we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays). Tracking information will be provided via email from the selected freight company. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive, although most shipments arrive within 3 – 5 business days.

The freight company and service speed for your shipping destination will be selected at the sole discretion of Mudd. Concrete although we welcome your shipping notes at checkout.

Signature Required

Any order with a value of $200 or more will require a signature for delivery. Should the freight company be unable to deliver after several attempts, arrangements must be made directly with the freight company to receive/pick up the goods. We are unable to change the shipping address or waive the signature requirement.

Upon Receipt of Goods

Please thoroughly inspect the package(s) before signing for delivery. Damage to the package must be immediately reported to the carrier before you sign and noted on the Bill of Lading (for freight deliveries). Please open your package to ensure there is no damage to the product within 48 hrs of delivery. If any damage is found to the contents, please notify Mudd. Concrete immediately via email [email protected] or phone +1 226-400-4101 so we can initiate a claims process. Save all packaging and products for the carrier to inspect. Please make pictures of the condition of the contents to assist us with the claim from the carrier, and also to ensure we can send you a replacement.

Products damaged during shipping will be replaced as soon as possible. Please note, this may take the same amount of time as a normal order as all pieces are made to order. However, Mudd. Concrete will do its upmost to send a replacement as soon as possible.
