How do I use my discount code?
Once approved, you can use your personalized discount code directly at the checkout. You will see the savings come off immediately before completing the check out process.
How do I place an order?
You can place a standard order directly on our website and use your discount code at checkout. For a first time order, sign up on our website and you will be able to sign in anytime and check your order history and download your invoices.

Will my discount code expire?
Your personal discount code does not come with an expiration date. If you are an active user, you will continue to have access to our trade program and perks.
Our trade program and members may be reviewed on an annual basis, and you will be notified in advance if you membership will be discontinued due to inactivity or misuse.
can I use my discount on sale items?
Absolutely. You can use your discount on top of sale items and pricing. Simply input your code at checkout and you will see your personal discount come off of the already discounted sale price!
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No! You can use your trade discount to buy anything from an individual sample to an assortment of sinks.
is there a membership fee?
No, we do not ask for a fee to join our membership program. Merely apply to our program by filling out the application above and sending to our team at hello@muddconcrete.com and wait for your application to be approved.

Absolutely! Once you receive your person discount code you can use it to purchase anything from individual samples, collections, accessories or sinks.

how long does the approval process take?
Here at mudd concrete, we’re a small team. But, we hope to complete trade program applications and approvals within 3-5 business days so that you can get your orders in using your trade discount as soon as possible.
