The web build introduces new pages and features that better serve our customers, with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience from initial page visit, through to purchase.
New Page: Material Library
Intended to inspire, the Material Library showcases detail imagery of all colourways, in one place. Hover text provides a short description while browsing all offerings. Collection filtering allows the user to quickly identify colourways available by each collection type. Users can select the ‘Buy Sample’ link conveniently located under each colourway and be redirected to purchase a sample.
Browse the Material Library page to determine the best finish for your space (and don’t forget to add it to your project mood board).
Now Offering: Ready to Ship
In response to urgent project requests and tight timelines, we are introducing ready-to-ship shopping to our e-commerce platform, with a 1-3 business day fulfillment lead time. A select number of products will be available in select/ limited colourways based on what is currently in stock. Browse our Ready to Ship products by Selecting Ready to Ship from our Menu or quickly toggle to Ready to Ship from the Filtering by Type tab on the Shop page.
New Tool: Size Filtering
Designed to narrow down your product search based on the size limitations and/or the preferences of your space. The Size Filter is available on all shopping pages—once clicked, the user has the ability to indicate a desired range in length, width and height.
New Feature: Integrated Online Trade Program Application
We’re excited to introduce an integrated Online Trade Program Application. Designers, architects, decorators, and trade experts can seamlessly apply for our trade program through an online integrated form. Intended to speed up the application and approval process, we are excited to bring this new feature to our future trade program members.
New Tool: Product Tags
Blog posts now include a product tagging tool that allows quick reference to shoppable products with links that direct users to individual product pages on our website. Additionally, external products can be tagged to showcase faucet/hardware pairings, allowing users to shop an entire look.
