Our team will provide an update on the status of your application via email within 2 business days.

All orders can be placed directly through our online shop. When you’ve finalized your cart, simply apply your trade discount at checkout by typing your code into the ‘Enter Code’ field and clicking ‘Apply’.

Your trade code can be applied to Account Login or Guest orders. In both cases, you will need to manually enter your coupon code at checkout. 

If you would like to view order history and download invoices, you are welcome to create an account by clicking on the account icon in our menu. Please ensure your account email matches your trade program member email to ensure validation of coupon use. For returning purchases, ensure you login to your account prior to checking out.

If you would like to checkout as a guest, please ensure to enter your trade program member email under the billing address email at checkout. This will validate your coupon use.

Our trade program and members may be reviewed on an annual basis. Should your membership be discontinued due to inactivity or misuse, you will be notified. 

The trade program discount code can be used on top of sale pricing, unless the sale or discount code specifies that it cannot be used in combination with other codes. 

The trade discount applies to all products, including our sample sets and individual samples.

We do not require a fee to join our trade program.
