Product Warranty
Mudd. Concrete Inc. Product Warranty
Your concrete sink, basin, accessory or other product is guaranteed to be suitable for any normal purpose for which it is intended and without defects in workmanship provided it has been handled, fabricated, installed, and maintained according to Mudd. Concrete Inc. instructions and the installation requirements below have been met.
One‑Year Structural Warranty (12 Months)
During the one (1) year period from the date of purchase, Mudd. Concrete Inc., at its sole option, shall repair or replace the product if it fails to maintain functional integrity for the intended purpose of the product solely due to a fabrication defect. This warranty applies only to goods that have been handled, fabricated, installed, and maintained in the manner recommended by Mudd. Concrete Inc. and in accordance with the required plumbing installation practices.
Installation Confirmation Requirement
To protect the structural warranty:
- The product must be installed by a licensed plumber or qualified contractor using recommended plumbing practices and the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
- A completed Plumbing Installation Checklist (included with the owners kit) must be retained with the original purchase documentation.
- A completed checklist may be requested as part of any warranty claim.
- Incomplete or missing checklist voids the structural warranty.
